By using the services of Reyalize Digital LLC or Reyalize Hosting (a brand of Reyalize Digital LLC), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read carefully before purchasing or using our services.
1.1 These Terms apply to all services Reyalize Digital LLC provides, including:

1.3 In case of conflicts between these Terms and any service-specific agreements, the latter will take precedence.
Reyalize Digital LLC, a company registered in Florida, USA, specializes in comprehensive digital services, including:
3.1 Web Design Services: Work begins upon receipt of an agreed deposit based on the proposal or contract.
3.2 Website Maintenance Services: Services are billed as prepaid packages (3, 5, or 10-hour credits) and remain valid until used. Maintenance plans cover:

3.3 Website Hosting Services: Hosting accounts are activated upon payment. Monthly and annual billing options are available. Non-payment results in service suspension.
3.4 SEO Services: Clients may choose recurring SEO plans or project-based engagements. The SEO agreement outlines detailed deliverables.
3.5 Virtual Assistance Services: VA services are available in pre-paid packages or as deliverables-based custom agreements. Tasks include but are not limited to email management, digital marketing support, and general administrative work.
3.6 Users must be 18 years of age or older. Business clients confirm that they are authorized to bind their organization to this Agreement.
4.1 All personal data is collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you consent to this processing.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any content or data provided complies with applicable data protection laws.

7.1 Fees for all services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment plans are available upon request.
7.2 Deposits for web design projects and hosting plans are non-refundable once work begins. Maintenance and VA packages are non-refundable after activation.
7.3 Hosting services are renewed automatically monthly unless canceled before the renewal date. Clients can cancel anytime through the hosting control panel, with no extra cost or questions asked. While feedback is not required, we would greatly appreciate it to help us improve our services.
7.4 Domain purchase and transfer costs are non-refundable. According to ICANN rules, domains cannot be transferred within 60 days of:
If a client chooses to transfer the domain to another registrar, the remaining domain validity period will be transferred to the new registrar as per ICANN policies.
8.1 Web Design Services: Either party may terminate the project with written notice if deliverables are not met. Refunds for incomplete work will be prorated.
8.2 Hosting Services: Hosting services can be canceled by the client at any time through the hosting control panel, provided the cancellation occurs before the next renewal date. Services are terminated automatically for non-payment or regulatory compliance. Reactivation fees may apply if service is interrupted due to non-payment.
8.3 Maintenance and VA Services: Packages terminate when pre-paid hours are exhausted. New packages can be purchased at any time. Alternatively, we may agree on a deliverables-based contract.
8.4 SEO Services: Clients may terminate recurring SEO plans with written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
8.5 Reyalize Digital LLC reserves the right to terminate services for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
9.1 Web design deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. Reyalize Digital LLC retains the right to feature completed projects in its portfolio.
9.2 Content created during maintenance, VA, or SEO services is transferred to the client upon payment unless otherwise agreed. Proprietary tools, templates, or processes used to deliver these services remain the intellectual property of Reyalize Digital LLC.
10.1 Services are provided “as-is.” No guarantees are offered for uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reyalize Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
10.3 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding a claim.
11.1 Basic support: Includes assistance with hosting issues (e.g., email setup, server access) and minor troubleshooting for supported features. Basic support is often included in the initial service delivery agreement.
11.2 Advanced support: Includes website modifications, complex issue resolution, and customizations. Advanced support can be purchased through a Maintenance or VA package or billed hourly.
12.1 These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.
